The Baltimore County Department of Health is offering free, on-the-spot opioid overdose response training to recognize, prevent and respond to an opioid overdose using intranasal naloxone. Attendees receive a completion certificate, a prescription for naloxone and a kit containing the medication. This is a drop-in training.
