  • WIC for parents and infants
  • SSI
  • Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
  • Free or Reduced-Price School Lunch
  • Pell Grants for college students
  • Receive HOC Housing Choice Vouchers or participate in the Project-Based Rental Assistance
  • OR the household earns less than 200% of the federal poverty rate ($30,120 for 1 person, $40,880 for 2 people, and $10,760 for each additional person).
