Explore the therapeutic potential of nature-based techniques that can alleviate symptoms of anxiety and stress. Presented by Gina Strauss, a licensed clinical professional counselor at Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative and program coordinator and senior faculty member for the Center for Nature Informed Therapy (CNIT).
