The inaugural season kicks off with a captivating conversation between Erik Larson, master of narrative nonfiction, and Sonia Alcántara-Antoine, CEO of Baltimore County Public Library.

Larson—bestselling author of The Devil in the White City, Dead Wake and In the Garden of Beasts—has a gift for turning meticulously researched history into edge-of-your-seat storytelling. From presidential assassinations to serial killers and world-altering wars, his books illuminate the people, decisions and moments that shaped our past.
