Owings Mills Meeting Room A and BIn this hands-on workshop, mixed media artist Durga Ekambaram guides you through the process of creating your own Madhubani painting on canvas.
Madhubani is a traditional Indian painting done in Northeast India. They were traditionally done on freshly plastered mud walls and floors of huts, but are now also done on cloth, handmade paper and canvas. Madhubani paintings mostly depict people and their association with nature.
