In her new book, The U.S Constitution: A Comprehensive and Annotated Guide for the Modern Reader, Murray breaks down each article and amendment of the U.S. Constitution and explains it in a contemporary context, making sure a document written in 1787 is relevant by today's standards. Melissa Murray is the Frederick I. and Grace Stokes Professor of Law at New York University's School of Law, and the cohost of the award-winning Crooked Media podcast "Strict Scrutiny."
