Catonsville Meeting RoomA fun and interactive story time designed to help children understand and manage their worries.
We read a story about the worry bug, create our own unique worry bugs through a hands-on craft and learn coping skills, such as deep breathing and positive self-talk, to help our worries feel a little smaller. This program is ideal for elementary-aged children and encourages emotional awareness, confidence and bravery in a supportive, engaging environment.
